摘    要:五年制高职生进校时,由于年龄偏小而导致在学习、生活以及心理发展上都存在着较强的依赖性。如何培养高职生的独立性,为社会输送合格的高素质应用型人才,就成为我们从事高职教育的工作者必须认真研究的重要课题。本文作者根据多年从事学生工作的经验,依据心理学原理对五年制高职生心理发展进行了分析,提出了培养高职生独立性的一些看法。

Abstract:Students in five-year-schooling vocational colleges have a relatively strong dependence in their study,daily life and psychological development when entering school as a result of small-age.It is an important and serious subject for us high vocational educational workers to cultivate the independence of vocational students and train high-quality talents for the society.The author analyses the psychological development of five-year vocational students based on the principles of psychology and puts forward some suggestions about how to train students' independence in accordance with years of students' work experience.
