| 摘 要： | 以博弈论为分析工具，对农村土地经营权抵押贷款双方博弈行为进行了分析。结果表明，农村土地经营权抵押贷款所获收益、抵押物的价值、信用机制是影响抵押借贷双方行为的重要因素。因此，农村土地经营权抵押贷款政策的制定应考虑各种因素，以达到促进农村土地经营权抵押贷款业务发展的目的。

| Abstract: | With the game theory as the analysis tool, the author has made a statistical analysis of game behavior of both sides concerning mortgage on rural land management right, which shows that the earnings from the mortgage, the value of the mortgaged property and credit mechanism are the important factors in mortgage behavior of both sides. Therefore, these factors should be taken into consideration in the formulation of mortgage policy to promote the development of the mortgage business in relation with rural land management right. |
