社会工作视野下的高职学生心理健康教育

摘    要:虽然政府和教育主管部门一直都对高职生的心理健康教育很重视,同时企业也希望高职院校能培养出心理健康的技术人才.但高职生的心理问题至今仍然没有得到根本解决。高职生五个比较突出的心理问题是:自卑心理,厌学心理,不满与逆反心理,性心理,焦虑、郁闷心理。文章运用个案社会工作的方法、团体社会工作的方法、社区社会工作的方法、社会工作行政的方法,通过资源的整合,探索出一条维护高职生心理健康的路径。

Mental Health Education for Vocational Undergraduates from the Perspective of Social Work

Abstract:Govemrnent and Educational authorities have been attached importance to the mental bealth education for vocational undergraduates, at the same time, enterprises expect vocational colleges to groom technical personnel of mental health, but the mental problems of vocational undergraduates haven't been resolved fundamentally. There are five prominent mental problems in vocational undergraduates:inferiotity complex; tired of learning; dissatisfaction and antagonism; sex; anxiety; depression. The article explore a rode to maintain mental health of vocational undergraduates by using the methods of ease social work,social work practice with groups, community social work, administration of social work.
