| 摘 要： | 概述SNS在图书馆强化公关宣传、完善参考咨询、增进用户互动和构建专业社区方面的应用现状，分析图书馆应用SNS的不同模式：直接加入SNS，积极引进SNS以及自主开发SNS，认为图书馆发展SNS时应准确定位图书馆SNS服务，合理选择SNS模式，注重用户隐私保护。

| Abstract: | The current applications of SNS in promoting libraries public relationship and publicity, improving reference services, stimulating library and-user interaction, and constructing professional communities were introduced.Different patterns of SNS applications in libraries are analyzed, including joining, inducting and developing by itself.It is recessary to orientate the SNS services appropriately, to choose the pattern reasonably and to protect privacy rights seriously. |
