| Abstract: | The obtain employment of college students has become a significant problem for colleges and univesties According to the condition of current employment,there appear five contradictions in the employment's process:employment and justice,needs,schoolwork,expenses,and information.The methods dealing with these contradictions are as follows:training of qualified thought-quality,correct concepts on choosing careers and good professional abilities,setting up a systematic web of imformations,creating a fair competitive system of employments,reinforcing the construction of employments. |
