| 摘 要： | 在发展和建设社会主义的思路和做法上,毛泽东实行的是。生产关系战略”,而邓小平实行的是“生产力战略”,这主要是因为形成这两种发展战略的背景条件与影响因素不同而致,其中主要包括国际与国内、主观与客观、历史与现实等因素。只有着眼于一致与差异,才能弄清“生产力战略”对“生产关系战略”的发展与创新。两种发展战略的比较研究给我们的启示是：要从总体上理解和把握特色理论体系及其创造性战略思维特征;要在实践中不断检验和丰富特色理论;要认真吸取经验教训和正确处理若干重大关系问题,避免重蹈覆辙。

| Abstract: | As to the matter of development and construction of socialism,Mao Ze-dong adopted the"stratgy of production relations".while Deng Xiao-ping the"strategy of productive forces".This is mainly because of the difference in historical backgrounds and influential factors that helped to bring about the two strategies.Among them were foreign and domestic factors,subject and object factors,and historical and current factors.Only in the light of their identity and difference can we realize that "the strategy of productive forces"is a development and Innovation of "the strategy production relations".The comparative study of the two strategies tells us that we must understand as a whole the unique theoratical system and its creative characteristic of the strategic thinking;we must constantly challenge and enrich the unique theories in practice;we must earnestly draw lessons and correctly handle the relations among some important matters so as not to make the same old mistakes. |
