| 摘 要： | 在全国数字内容产业迅速发展的形势下，湖南省的数字内容产业在动漫、数字音频和视频、数字出版等方面获得了较快发展，但也存在一些问题，如分布过于集中，发展不平衡；创意产业相对滞后；没有形成完整的产业链等。为了促进湖南省数字内容产业的发展，可考虑成立数字内容产业协会；加快数字内容产业软环境建设；形成完整的产业链；注重知识产权保护；鼓励文化创新，营造创新环境；大力延揽和培养数字内容产业人才。
