| 摘 要： | 本文采用速率法对84例中枢神经系统疾病患者及20例对照病人的脑脊液 CSF中7种酶进行了检测,结果表明中枢神经系统疾病时7种酶的水平一般高于正常对照组,且以 LDH、α—HBD、AST 三种酶升高最为显著,同一种酶在不同神经系统病变时的变化也不同。因此7种生化标志酶可作为判断疾病程度、病理类型、疗效及预后的参考指标。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the kinaesthetic way is used to exam seven enzymes of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)of 84 central nervous system active of seven enzymes in patients with central nervous system disease is higher than that of the normal compared group and the active of LDH α— HBD and AST is the highest among seven.The result also shows the same kind enzyme has different active in different nervous system diseases.Therefore,the seven enaymes can be used as reference data on diagnosing disease extent of pathology type,curative and progno- sis. |
