摘    要:"回归培养"就是通过学校与社会的联合,学生在大学期间走出校园进入社会工作岗位,即"读-工-读"培养模式。作为一种新兴的人才培养模式,回归教育与固有教学管理模式没有很好地融合起来;实施过程中还存在体制性障碍;实践教育与文化理论课容易脱节。为此,要在实施学分制、弹性学制的基础上改善高校的教育管理制度;加强学校与社会的联系,建立合作机制,真正做到相互服务。

Abstract:"Regress Education" is implemented through the cooperation between school and society,in the course of which students work and study alternatively.As a new talent training model,it cannot yet coordinate with the present educational management.Besides,it also encounters institutional impediment.Therefore,in addition to credit system and flexible schooling system,we should also improve the educational management and strengthen the coordination between school and society.
