| 摘 要： | 2012年中央1号文件突出强调要加快推进"农业科技创新",农业科技人才资源的开发利用是农业科技创新的决定性因素,是关系农业长远发展的百年大计。山东省是人口大省、农业大省,虽然有人力资源优势,但人才优势却不明显。在农业科技人才资源开发利用中还存在诸多问题,需要采取切实可行的措施,充分发挥人才的聚集效应,加强农业科技人才资源的开发利用。

| Abstract: | In 2012,the No.1 Central Document lays emphasis on accelerating the "agricultural technical innovation".The development and utilization of agricultural technical talents is a key factor in agricultural technical innovation as well as a vital project affecting the long-term development of agriculture.Shandong is a populous province as well as a major agricultural province.Though it has advantage in human resources,its advantage in talents isn’t obvious.There are also some problems in the development and utilization of agricultural technical talent resources.We should take feasible measures,make full use of the build-up effect of talents and strengthen the development and utilization of agricultural technical talent resources. |
