| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江大学合并的背景、过程、发展和效益等分析,说明通过合并,浙大在人才培养、学科建设、科学研究、社会服务等方面实现了跨越式发展,达到了合并的预期目的,从根本上提高了学校的办学层次、水平和质量。大学合并之后的发展关键在于实施整合措施,如提出高奋斗目标,调整学科结构,制定与落实发展规划,细致处理各项政策等。
