| Abstract: | After enforcing the reform and opening policies,the disparity of economic growth between Ganshu and other provinces has been more and more enlarged,one of the important causes is that there exist many defects in the process of industrial restructuring . We in this paper analyze this problem and put forward our suggestions about the adjustment of policy. |
