| 摘 要： | 对影响高校外语青年女教师学术职业发展因素的调查显示:教学任务重,角色冲突,大学内部制度的变革,缺乏系统的科研思路,缺乏与外界交流的机会以及其它工作的干扰是影响其学术职业发展的主要因素.
