| Abstract: | Under the condition where the higher education is continuously deepening,the production and operation of strategic alliance of universities and colleges have their own important meaning.They are not only very important,but also feasible to construct civilian-run universities and colleges strategic alliance in our country’s higher education system.For perfecting this alliance it needs:1.to strengthen understanding,change idea,form co-understanding and enhance the consciousness and initiative for the alliance;2.to direct,encourage and take part in the construction of such alliance among the universities and colleges that have quite many differences but strong complementarities;3.to keep independence,see from the angle of the far,clear-cut the stress points and hold them on consistently;4.to set up the concerned system for the strategic alliance and normalize the administration for the alliance. |
