摘    要:在构建我国的知识产权教育体系时,重点和首要的是,加强对当代大学生的知识产权教育.起步于上世纪80年代的知识产权高等教育,历经20多年的发展虽已取得长足的进步,但总体规模仍然很小,并主要集中于专业人才的培养,绝大多数大学生群体被忽视."知识、意识、能力、行为"四位一体的知识产权高等教育模式,定位于帮助每一位当代大学生普及知识产权基础知识,培养知识产权意识,提升创新能力,改变行为模式.
