| 摘 要： | 介绍准时知识管理的概念，并对其目标、理念和模型进行分析．对准时知识管理模型中两个关键要素即知识需求和知识供给及其匹配问题进行了探讨，提出知识需求分析关键步骤、知识供给方的卡勾成及影响知识供给方选择的因素，并对知识需求和知识供给进行了基于时间的特征对比，最后指出了知识供需不匹配的类型．

| Abstract: | First of all, it introduces the concept, objeetives, ideas and model of Just In Time knowledge management. Then it discusses the two key elements of Just In Time knowledge management model, knowledge demand and knowledge supply, and the problem of their matching. Key steps of knowledge demand analysis, composition of knowledge suppliers, key elements influencing selection of internal and external knowledge suppliers are proposed. After that, it compares them on the base of time of the characteristics of knowledge demand and knowledge supply. At last, it points out three types of mismatch between knowledge demand and knowledge supply. |
