| 摘 要： | 集约经营是指通过集中经营某类商品以达到节约经营成本与经营费用,获取规模经济效益的目的。集约经营的核心内容与理论基础是规模经济。外贸企业要走出困境,关键是在加强经营管理上下功夫,挖掘内部潜力,转变观念,变粗放经营为集约化经营。这是外贸企业制度创新深化的重要内容之一。

| Abstract: | Intensive management refers to the intensive operation of key products to reduce costs and expenses and to reach scale economy benefits, whose core is intensive operation theoretically based on scale economy. In order to get out of exporting dilemma, the foreign trade enterprises should enhance their operation management, search the internal potentials, shift concepts from extensive operation to intensive operation which is the essential part of system innovation for foreign trade enterprises. |
