运动疲劳"堵塞"学说探讨

摘    要:运动性疲劳是多因素形成的,通过运用献资料的研究方法,进一步阐明“堵塞”学说因能量代谢活动增强而使肌体代谢产物(ADP、PI、HL,NH3)堆积过多肌细胞PH值下降,引起肌组织产生一系列不利于运动的生理生化变化,从而导致运动性疲劳的产生。

Abstract:The sports fatigue reason consists of many factors, by the method of consulting literature materials, this article elaborates reason that the jam produced. It turns out the increase of energy supersession which made human body's supersession (ADP, PI, HL and NH3) too much piled up. Because of that muscle cells PH dropped, therefore the physiology and biochemistry reactions which are harmful to sports happened in the human body. That is why the sporting fatigue jam occured.
