| 摘 要： | 三面向公司诉重庆市涪陵区图书馆一案凸显了"一般链接"和"深度链接"的问题."深度链接"是否侵权,早在<信息网络传播权保护务例>出台之前便已进入了人们的视野.以"深度链接"为依据进行侵权认定,无论从司法解释还是司法实践上看都缺乏依据.本案启示图书馆,在提供链接服务时需要对被链接内容进行一定程度的筛选、调查;认真对待侵权通知,及时断开涉嫌侵权链接.
