| 摘 要： | 为21世纪培养更多素质全面发展的人才,一方面任重道远,另一方面无疑也是具有诱惑力和挑战性的。从未来新世纪的特点考虑,高校培养的人才一定要具备一定的综合素质,因此我们应努力在素质教育上大做文章即加强素质教育,提高适应能力;实行创造教育,培养创新意识;培养意志品质,塑造健全人格。

| Abstract: | For the 21st century to cultivate more comprehensively developed talents,on the one hand,there is a long way to go,on the other hand,it is undoubtedly tempting and challenging.The colleges should consider the characteristics of the new century in order to cultivate talents who must have certain comprehensive qualities.Therefore,we should strive to make quality education:strengthening quality education,improving the ability to adapt;implementing creative education,cultivating innovative consciousness;cultivating quality,shaping a healthy personality. |
