情景模拟教学法在急性左心衰患者急救护理综合实训中的应用

摘    要:目的:分析急性左心衰竭病患急救护理采用情景模拟教学法的作用。方法:选择我校220例2016级护理专业学生为研究样本,研究时间均在2018年9月至2018年12月之间,采取随机排列表法将其分成组均110例的实验组以及常规组。予以常规组护生基础教学方式,予以实验组护生情景模拟教学法。教学结束后对比两组教学满意度、理论知识以及操作技能考核成绩。结果:实验组护生与常规组护生的理论知识得分以及操作技能得分分别是83.698.04分、71.4612.21分;96.563.19分、81.296.53分(P<0.05)。实验组在创新思维、分析能力、急救意识、学习积极性、合作意识以及急救技能提高方面满意度均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性左心衰病患急救护理采用情景模拟教学法提高护生学习积极性,有利于培养护生的急救意识与合作意识,提高护生急救技能,值得在教学中广泛推广。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of scene simulation teaching method in emergency nursing of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods:220 nursing students of grade 2016 in our school were selected as the research sample.The research period was from September 2018 to December 2018.Random permutation table method was used to divide them into experimental group and conventional group,with 110 people in each group.The routine group used the basic teaching method,while the experimental group used the scenario simulation teaching method.After the end of the teaching,the teaching satisfaction,theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nursing theory knowledge and operation skills in the experimental group were 83.698.04,71.4612.21,96.563.19 and 81.296.53 respectively(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group in innovative thinking,analytical ability,first aid awareness,learning enthusiasm,cooperation awareness and first aid skills improvement was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scenario simulation teaching method in emergency nursing of patients with acute left heart failure can improve students'learning enthusiasm,promote their awareness of first aid and cooperation,and improve students'first aid skills.This method is worth popularizing widely in teaching.
