| 摘 要： | 毕业设计是高职院校人才培养方案重要一环。然而学生毕业设计常常与就业求职发生矛盾,在考核压力面前,毕业设计质量被迫做出让步。该文分析了毕业设计与学生就业求职冲突成因,从学生职业生涯角度重新审视毕业设计,围绕选题、评价和管理三个层面提出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | Graduation design is an important part of the talent training program in higher vocational colleges.However,the graduation design of students often contradicts employment and job hunting.In the face of assessment pressure,the quality of graduation design is forced to make concessions.This paper analyzes the causes of conflicts between graduation design and job hunting for students,re-examines graduation design from the perspective of students’career,and puts forward suggestions for improvement on the three levels of topic selection,evaluation and management. |
