| 摘 要： | 目前很多大学生积极投身社区文化建设,社区志愿服务已逐步成为加强和改进高校思想政治教育工作、实施素质教育的重要载体。该文结合实践案例,致力于探索出一种金字塔型的思想政治教育模式,构建起"高校理论教育+社区公益服务"优势互补的综合素质教育模式,最大程度上为高校志愿者和社区居民提供沟通的渠道,以期达到精准服务的效果。

| Abstract: | At present,many college students are actively engaged in the construction of community culture,and community volunteer service has become an important carrier to strengthen and improve ideological and political education and quality education in universities.The paper is committed to exploring a pyramidal mode of ideological and political education and constructing a comprehensive quality education model of"theoretical education in universities+community public service"with complementary advantages so as to provide communication channels for college volunteers and community residents,and achieve the effect of accurate service. |
