“新工科”背景下基于CDIO的地方本科院校汽车类专业“引领层进式”实践教学模式的研究

摘    要:针对地方本科院校学生的综合实践能力与当前培养具有创新意识的应用型高素质人才培养目标不相符的问题,提出了“新工科”背景下基于CDIO的地方本科院校汽车类专业“引领层进式”实践教学模式的研究,通过设计“引导型”和“潜能激发型”两种类型的项目,把广博的理论知识融入到工程项目中,极大地激发学生自主学习、求新求变的意识,培养学生团队协作意识以及分析问题、解决问题能力,为汽车类及其相关专业应用型人才培养提供了参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the comprehensive practical ability of local undergraduate students is inconsistent with the current training of innovative high-quality talents,this paper puts forward the research on the"guideProgressively"practice teaching mode of automobile majors in local undergraduate colleges based on CDIO in the Background of"EmergingEngineering".By designing both"guided"and"potentiallyexcited"types of projects,extensive theoretical knowledge is integrated into engineering projects in order to motivate students to learn independently and seek new changes.Students'teamwork awareness and ability to analyze and solve problems have been cultivated.These achievements provide a reference for the cultivation of applied talents in the automotive industry and related fields.
