| 摘 要： | 当前,以大数据、物联网、互联网+、区块链技术为支撑的新零售模式发展日趋成熟,物流业作为新零售模式运行过程的支撑条件已成为新零售健康发展的支柱性产业。同时,新零售反之也拉动新物流的快速发展。速度、服务、成本、库存、创新、开放等成为新零售对新物流的诉求,故探索服务于新零售的创新物流模式就成为物流相关人员急需解决的重要论题。论文以当前新零售业态下物流模式为研究点,通过对新零售深层内涵的解读及新零售业态下物流服务市场供需实际,总结出传统物流模式存在的问题,并有针对性地从物流流程优化、服务优化、成本降低、服务创新等方面提出创新物流发展路径。

| Abstract: | Currently, with the development of the new retail mode supported by big data, internet of things, internet plus and block chain technology, the logistics industry has become a pillar industry for the healthy development of the new retail mode. At the same time, the new retail also pull the rapid development of the new logistics. Speed, service, cost, inventory, innovation, opening and so on have become the demands of new retail to new logistics, so it is an important topic to explore the innovative logistics mode to serve the new retail. The paper takes the logistics model under the new retail trade as the research point, through the interpretation of the deep meaning of the new retail trade and the reality of the supply and demand of the logistics service market under the new retail trade, sums up the problems existing in the traditional logistics model, aiming at the problems of traditional logistics mode, and at last the paper puts forward innovative logistics development path from the aspects of logistics process optimization, service optimization,cost reduction and service innovation. |
