| 摘 要： | "五缘"理论学说包括亲缘、地缘、文缘、商缘和神缘,是植根于五千年中华优秀传统文化基础,结合改革开放以来的实践和华商实践,立足现实,面向海外而创立的新理论.本文阐述了"五缘"理论是海西发展的社会资本,是海西发展的人才库和产业链,是发展海峡西岸经济区的重要理论基础.有利于闽台交流与合作,促进两岸商贸往来和经济增长,有利于传承中华优秀文化,保持血脉相连,有利于两岸和平统一,促进社会和谐.同时强调建设与发展海峡西岸经济区,须加强和发挥"五缘"优势,以东方管理"三为"(以人为本、以德为先、人为为人)思想为核心,以"三和"(人和、和合、和谐)为目标,构建科学、绿色、可持续发展的海峡西岸经济区.
