| 摘 要： | 与自然界的有机体类似,网络是一个文化有机体,它在本质上是"意识形态基因"的表达.在当代,一些西方学者提出"网络意识形态终结论",这违背了历史唯物主义的基本原则,脱离了网络社会发展的现实.事实上,网络空间的意识形态没有终结.在网络环境下,普遍的社会变迁是意识形态生长的动力,持续的技术创新是意识形态生长的手段,广泛的文化认同是意识形态生长的路径,泛区域的空间延伸是意识形态生长的趋势.遵循这一规律,我国主流意识形态的网络发展,应积极倡导"网络主权论",兼顾网络互动中的依存与发展、网络冲突中的防控与自卫.
