| 摘 要： | "转学教育"是美国社区学院最重要的办学职能.本文回顾了转学教育在社区学院百年发展史上的兴衰历程,包括三个阶段:转学教育的兴盛、转学教育的衰落与转学教育的回升,并分析了每个阶段转学教育发展状况形成的原因.在此基础上,得出结论:美国社区学院转学教育的发展历程,实际上也是美国社区学院在高等教育竞争机制下积极地谋求生存与发展的历史;美国社区学院转学教育的兴衰起伏,凸显了美国社区学院的市场需求导向,折射出美国的多元文化;美国社区学院转学教育的发展经验,对我国的普通高校,尤其是高职院校的专升本教育,也具有一定的启示与借鉴作用.
