| 摘 要： | 培养选拔党外干部，是党的干部工作的重要组成部分，是巩固和发展爱国统一战线的基础性工作。认真思考如何加强党外干部的培养选拔工作，应从提高认识，从完善政策、健全制度入手，形成有效的运行机制，使党外干部的培养选拔工作走上经常化、制度化、规范化轨道。

| Abstract: | Training and selecting the non-Party cadres, an important component of Party＇s cadre work, is the basic work to consolidate and develop the patriotic united front. To strengthen the work and keep it on the regular, institutionalized and standardized track, they should raise awareness, consummate the policy, perfect the system and form the effective operational mechanism. |
