| 摘 要： | 中小企业创新在世界各国经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用,各国政府对中小企业创新扶持力度和扶持角度各不相同,中国的中小企业创新起步较晚,如何让中小企业尽快发展起来,政府在扶持中小企业发展中的定位问题很关键。本文在比较西方各国做法的基础上,希望我国政府在对中小企业创新管理上定位适当,为企业打造良性发展的平台。

| Abstract: | Technology innovation of SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) has paid more attention to the economic development all over the world. There are differences of strengths and Perspective of supporting toward Technology innovation for each country. Technology innovation of SME in China get off somewhat late, it is key for government how to locate in supporting Technology innovation of SME to make SME develop as soon as possible. The paper will indicate China government to locate exactly in technology innovation of SME based on the methods of the west countries. |
