| 摘 要： | 本文中主人翁吴泱，创业历经7年，虽然失败过一次，而且亏得血本无归，但他依然选择了再次创业。吸取打工和第一次创业失败的经验教训，由于准备充分，定位科学，第二次创业吴泱成功了，而且在短短的一年内成了千万富翁。失败是上天给予成功者的第一笔财富，成功总是光顾那些有准备的人。

| Abstract: | Knowledge worker plays a decisive role in enterprise' innovation process. So, reasonable incentive to knowledge worker is especially important for enterprise in innovation management process. According to the characteristic and reguirement of knowledge worker, Combined with the related research achievement, this paper provided some corresponding strategy and suggestion for knowledge worker's managment in innovative enterprise. |
