摘    要:当今,经济已从传统经济的形式转变为知识经济,在知识经济社会里知识资本对企业发展的贡献越来越大。本文在分析知识资本特征的基础上,把知识资本划分为核心层,内部层和外部层三个层面。根据知识资本与企业核心能力内在的联系,提出了知识资本与核心能力的转换模型及加强转换管理的途径。

Abstract:Nowadays, economy has changed from the form of traditional economy to knowledge economy. In the knowledge economy society, knowledge capital makes more and more contributions to the enterprises' development. Based on the analysis of its characteristics, in this essay , the capital knowledge is divided into three sections, the core, the inner and the outer. According to the inner relation between the knowledge capital and enterprises' core competence, it puts forward the transferable model between them and the way to strengthen the transferable management.
