| 摘 要： | 艺术类大学生由于专业的特殊性形成了他们个人本位非常突出的职业价值观。面对高校扩招和就业分配制度的改革,艺术类大学生也受到了日益严峻的就业形势的压力。从艺术院校大学生职业价值观与就业指导工作双向互动的角度,探讨艺术院校大学生职业价值观的特点以及艺术院校就业指导应该采取的相应对策。

| Abstract: | Arts college students have their own career values pushed their departmental selfishness forward because of the peculiarity of their major.In the face of colleges' opening their doors wider and the reform of obtaining employment system,arts students are also shouldering more and more serious pressure from hunting jobs.The research topic is probing into the characteristics of career values and corresponding countermeasures that should be taken in guide of obtaining employment from the view of two-way inter-activity between career values and guide of obtaining employment. |
