| 摘 要： | 师范类高校体育学院教学管理的科学化是新时代发展的必然趋势,是提高师范类高校体育学院教学质量的基本保证。文章针对师范类体育学院教学管理的特殊性,指出师范类高校体育学院教学管理要走科学化、程序化之路,要充分发挥教学秘书的教学管理职能,更好地为师范类体育学院教学管理工作做出贡献。

| Abstract: | The scientific management of Physical Education in Normal Colleges is not only the inevitable trend in the new times,but also is the teaching quality basic guarantee of it.This paper pointed out that the management of Physical Education in Normal colleges should be scientific and procedural,at the same time,secretary of education should also play a an important role. |
