| 摘 要： | 文章立足山西省奥运与竞技体育的历史发展和后备人才的培养与现状,运用文献资料研究法、问卷调查法、实地走访和专家访谈法等方法与方式,对山西省"国家高水平体育后备人才基地"体育运动学校近年来在竞技体育后备人才的培养上进行相关的研究探讨,并从如何发展山西省竞技体育后备人才的培养上提出一些建议和对策。

| Abstract: | On the base of Shanxi Olympic sport games development, the paper does the study on Shanxi Olympic sports talent training and developing. With the methods of literature, questionnaire and spot and expert interview, the paper studies the sport talent education and training in Shanxi sport school as the base of Natonal Hight Level Sport Talent in Shanxi, and put forwards some suggestions and countermeasures for Shanxi sport talent developing and training. |
