| 摘 要： | 文章对山西高校体育教师患病情况、亚健康情况、影响健康的因素、身体自感评价四方面进行调查研究,结果表明:体育教师不同年龄段,患病种类集中区和特点不同;体育教师普遍有亚健康症状,但是主要表现为"轻度心身失调""潜临床状态",症状单一;对影响健康正反因素认识有高度一致性,但意识和行为不一致;男性体育教师存在主观健康评价偏高的盲目乐观性。
