| 摘 要： | 文章通过高校教学体验、女儿体育课现状及相关调查资料,认为中国体育教育尚存在严重的滞后性,文章在分析了其成因的基础上,进一步认为:如果及时改进,这种滞后可以得以改善,如果任其自然发展,则会真正落后,影响学生的身体健康甚至生活。

| Abstract: | Through college teaching experiences,current teaching conditions of physical education class and relevant survey data,the paper does the study on the hysteretic nature of Chinese physical education.After analyzing the causes of the hysteretic nature,the paper finds out that if we can change the current conditions in time,we can improve the hysteretic nature;if we let it go,we will be really hysteretic at school physical education and influence students body health and life. |
