| 摘 要： | 体育人才作为体育事业发展的主要资源,是体育事业构成的核心要素。改革开放以来,是体育教育和科技飞速发展的时代,不同层次的体育人才为我国体育事业的发展历程做出巨大贡献。目前,我国全民健身计划纲要的实施已进入实质性阶段,奥运争光计划也已全面、深入开展并实施,体育产业的发展又从另一方面对体育人才的结构、质量、种类和数量提出了更高的要求。因此,可以预期未来社会对体育人才培养提出了更高要求,体育人才的培养也将面临新的挑战发展机遇。
