| 摘 要： | 跨栏跑运动的发展是人类与自然界长期斗争的产物,伴随着刘翔在2004年雅典奥运会上夺得男子110米栏的冠军,跨栏跑运动在我国受到前所未有的追捧和重视。文章对跨栏跑的技术特点及其发展趋势进行研究,以使大家了解跨栏基本技术特征,为今后研究提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Hudling is the effect of human beating the nature, and with the winning of Liu Xiang in 110 Hudling of the Athens Olympic Games, the sport is popular in China and gets more attention. The paper studies the technical characteristics of hurdling and its developing trend, tries to let more people understand its features and find some theoretical evidence for its future study. |
