| 摘 要： | 文章通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对相关问题进行了分析,从中得出我国女子足球裁判员无论从数量上还是质量上都远远不能满足国内女子足球运动的发展需要。实行了女子足球比赛由女子裁判员执法以来,对女子足球裁判的培养也越来越迫切。调查表明,我国女子足球裁判员培养途径主要有高等体育院校的培养和中国足球协会的培养两类。高等院校主要是通过开设足球裁判课程,组织一系列的教学实践对女足裁判员进行培养。中国足协则是通过举办不同层次的学习班,集中一段时间对其进行系统的理论、实践学习。但是这两种培养的方式都或多或少的存在一些问题。
