| 摘 要： | 目前,包头市房地产开发建设增势强劲,住房供应仍以普通商品住房和经济适用住房为主,商品房价格上涨幅度较大,市场供求状况基本平衡,房地产业对国民经济的贡献率逐年上升。今后,包头市房地产发展空间很大,竞争趋向更加激烈,房地产市场需求会逐年升温,商品房价格会继续攀升,金融政策将对房地产业的发展产生重大影响。

| Abstract: | At present, the development and construction of real estate-mostly common and economical dwelling houses, is quite rapid in Baotou City and the price of commercial houses is rising dramatically. In addition, the supply and demand of real estate market is basically balanced and the contributions of real estate industry to national economy are increasing greatly. The future development of real estate market in Baotou has a big space, the competition will be more stinging, the demand of real estate market will be heated year by year and the price of commercial houses will be continually increased. Therefore, financial polices will have important influence on the development of the real estate industry. |
