| 摘 要： | 学生在学习,生活,工作中,出问题,犯错误在所难免,“问题处理”也是必然的,如何处理,何时处理处理到何种程度？本文认为,应“以问题为中心”,根据当事人的个性心理特征分别给出“软处理”,“硬处理”,“热处理”和“冷处理”,并提出在具体操作上要因人,因事,因时而异,灵活处之。
