| 摘 要： | 平安奥运是安全成功举办奥运的根本保障和主要标志之一,也是历届奥运会取得成功的先决条件。人口安全保障机制建设是2008北京奥运会最基本、最重要的安全举措,也是提升北京市民幸福指的重要内容。本研究以平安奥运人口安全保障机制建设与提升市民安全感的关系、平安奥运的人口安全概念、以及影响平安奥运人口安全的主要因素为切入点,理性的总结和分析平安奥运人口安全保障机制建设对市民安全感提升的功能与作用,以求为后奥运城市人口安全保障机制建设提供经验与借鉴。
