| 摘 要： | 与发达地区相比,相对不发达的我国西南边远地区的哈尼族中小学体育教师的素质构成有着自己的特色。一是强烈的事业心、责任感和敬业精神;二是专业技能的民族性;三是对环境的适应性、进取性和开创性。正由于具备了以上特点,才能为边远地区中小学的体育工作开辟一片崭新的天地。

A Study on the Aptitude Constructional Characteristics of Primary and Middle School P.E Teachers in Hani Regions |

| Abstract: | Compared with the developed areas, the southwestern part of China is comparably underdeveloped. Being a remote and border in Hani areas, the P.E teachers of primary and middle schools exhibit particular aptitude construction, i.e. A strong sense of responsibility and devotion to work; A great adaptability to circumstances and enterprising spirits. Thanks to those Characteristics, A new development for physical education has been made. |
