| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤患者机械通气时人工气道的护理措施。方法：对大理学院附属医院重症科2011年8月至2012年8月收治的58例重型颅脑损伤患者机械通气时人工气道的护理进行回顾总结。结果：加强重型颅脑损伤患者机械通气时人工气道的护理,可提高重型颅脑损伤患者抢救成功率。结论：做好机械通气时人工气道的护理,是重型颅脑损伤患者救治成功的关键之一。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the nursing of artificial airway of patients with severe craniocerebral injury using mechanical ventilation. Methods： A retrospective review of the nursing of artificial airway of 58 ICU cases treated in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012 was made. Results： Strengthening the nursing of artificial airway of patients with severe craniocerebral injury using mechanical ventilation improved the success rate of rescuing patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Conclusion： Good nursing care of artificial airway was the key to successful treatment of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury. |
