| 摘 要： | 目的：了解非疫区的芒市是否有血吸虫病流行。方法：对芒市遮放镇农民1 331人进行吸虫抗体检测,阳性者行B超检查和直肠黏膜活检,同时调查其流行病学史。结果：血吸虫抗体阳性66例,阳性率为4.96%,对这66例（实检60例）进行B超检查,结果血吸虫性肝损伤者16例,直肠黏膜活检为血吸虫病者10例。结论：芒市遮放镇本土有血吸虫病流行。

| Abstract: | Objective： To know whether there is epidemic schistosomiasis in Mangshi, a non-epidemic area. Methods： 1 331 farmers in Zhefang Town of Mangshi were tested for schistosomal antibodies, and ultrasonography and rectal mucosa biopsy were performed in cases with positive results, as well as investigation of the history of epidemiology. Results： Schistosomiasis antibodies were found positive in 66 cases, with the rate of 4.96%. Actually, ultrasonography and rectal mucosa biopsy were performed in 60 cases and 16 cases were diagnosed with schistosomal hepatic injury by ultrasonography and 10 cases were diagnosed with schistosomiasis by rectal mucosa biopsy. Conclusion： None of the cases have been to epidemic areas of schistosomiasis, which shows that schistosomiasis is epidemic in Zhefang Town of Mangshi. |
