| 摘 要： | 为了研究铝基复合材料烧结工艺,利用高温光学显微镜对Al-Mg和Al-Cu等二元合金系进行了原位烧结观察。从颗粒曲率半径、升温方式、加热方式等方面研究了几种烧结工艺对烧结过程的影响。这些研究对在节约能源、降低成本的基础上改进烧结工艺具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | In order to study the agglomeration craft of aluminium base complex material,we use high-temperature photon microscope to observe in situ agglomeration of Al-Mg and Al-Cu.Several agglomeration crafts' influence on the agglomeration are studied from perspectives particle's curvature radius,the way of raising temperature and heating.These studies can improve agglomeration crafts on the basis saving energy and lowering the cost. |
