| Abstract: | The difference scheme of the two-dimension parabolic equation is put under examination and a kind of compact staggered difference scheme with second order accuracy in time and fourth-order accuracy in space is obtained.Compared with existing pertinent literature,the said scheme is capable of generalizing the constant coefficient problems to variable coefficient problems containing time. |
