契合情境“即兴演奏”的高师教学法课程探讨

摘    要:作为师范院校各门课程中师范性与实践性最强的课程之一,教学法课程的教学功能需包括教育理论学习、教学技能训练、教学实践能力培养以及个性化与可持续发展等四个层次。为此,教学法课程教学应努力做到契合情境"即兴演奏",倡导情境化、生成性、以实践为取向和充满人文关怀的教学观,通过生成性的课程内容模块、多元化且契合情境的教学模式以及以能力为本位的教学评价等,全方位推进教学改革,以培养积极应对基础教育及幼儿园课程改革与发展要求与挑战的高素质的应用型师资人才。

Abstract:As one of the most practical and teacher-training courses in all curriculums in normal schools,the pedagogy should function as the study of teaching theories,the training of teaching skills,the cultivation of teaching practice abilities,as well as the capacity-building and sustainable development of personality,etc.To do this,the pedagogy curriculum in normal schools should strive to fit teaching improvisation and advocate the teaching concept with situation,generation,practice orientaion and humanism,and promote teaching reform in full aspects by generative course module,diversified and scenario fitting teaching model and ability-based teaching evaluation to cultivate high-quality and application-based talented persons who can actively respond to the basic education curriculum reform and challenges in teaching.
