| 摘 要： | 论文在分析海峡两岸科技信息资源的分布及特点和资源共建共享的现状的基础上,提出两岸科技信息资源共建共享的设想,即建设海西科技信息资源共享平台,然后将该平台与我国台湾地区"科技政策研究与资讯中心"网站平台进行对接,实现两岸科技信息资源的共享,进而促进两岸相关领域的科技信息资源的共建.
